Passionate Pursuit of the Palestinian Ramadan Medjoul Distribution Campaign

We planned but Allah is the best of planners

Ramadan 2026 International Distribution

By the grace and mercy of Allah ﷻ, our donors entrusted their donations to provide life-sustaining water, hot meals, and medjoul dates for those in urgent need of ifṭār and suḥūr. LKF CIC UK is grateful to have achieved this milestone on a global scale. Our 100% donation policy ensured that aid reached its intended beneficiaries in Sindh, Gaza Strip, and Uganda.

Donate today to sustain this ongoing Ṣadaqah Jāriyah and bring relief to those in need through LKF CIC UK.

The Messenger ﷺ said:

“Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all.”  (Hadith Ibn Khuzaymah)

Established in 2019 by the grace and mercy of Allah (Azzawajal), the Palestinian Ramadan Medjoul Distribution Campaign – Feed the Fasting has been dedicated to sharing blessings with communities nationwide. Each Medjoul date distributed to fasting musallīs serves as a source of reward and a reminder of compassion, unity, and gratitude during the holy month of Ramadan.

Order today to donate – Ramadan Masjid Palestinian Medjoul Campaign to support and re-establish Palestinian farmers and share the blessings of Ramadan. Every box of premium Medjoul dates helps sustain livelihoods and brings nourishment to families in need.

Nutritional values of Medjoul Dates

A single pitted medjoul date (about 24g) contains approximately
66 calories, 18g of carbohydrates, 16g of sugar, 1.6g of fiber, and 0.4g of protein. They are a good source of potassium and magnesium and also contain smaller amounts of iron, calcium, and B vitamins. Medjoul dates are a nutrient-dense, naturally sweet fruit that provides energy and beneficial compounds but should be eaten in moderation due to their high sugar and calorie content.

  • Medjoul dates are rich in antioxidants, including flavonoids, carotenoids, and phenolic acid.
  • They are a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, which can aid digestion and help lower “bad” LDL cholesterol.
  • They provide a stable energy boost due to a combination of natural sugars and fiber.
